What is it and why is it used?

The Start-Stop system is a solution that automatically turns off the engine when stationary (e.g. at traffic lights or in a traffic jam) and starts it again when the vehicle starts moving. With this system, car manufacturers try to reduce fuel consumption and reduce exhaust emissions. Although these benefits are indisputable, frequent switching off and restarting of the engine can affect driving comfort and in some cases cause delays in the vehicle's response.

How ZENBOX PRO solves the problem

Our product, ZENBOX PRO, enables permanent deactivation of the Start-Stop system in the car, so that drivers can enjoy smooth and uninterrupted engine operation. This solution has been optimized specifically for VW POLO AW (2018) models, eliminating the nuisance of automatic engine shutdown and providing full control over the vehicle.

RSA, TSR and ISA

Modern cars increasingly use advanced assistance systems, such as RSA (emergency brake activation system), TSR (reduced visibility support system) and ISA (intelligent driver assistance). Although their purpose is to increase safety, they can interfere with the natural operation of the vehicle, which is undesirable in specific conditions. Thanks to ZENBOX PRO, these systems are permanently deactivated in VW POLO AW (2018), allowing the vehicle to fully exploit its potential without unexpected interventions by the automation system.
